In my years as a Coach I've worked with hundreds of people with varying degrees of fitness levels, ranging from sedentary mothers and fathers to professional athletes and Olympians. Consistent across this group of people was confusion about how best to achieve their goals. Helping people navigate that confusion is why I began coaching. I've found that ultimately your success is contingent on the following:

Once that is understood I can design a program that is specifically structured to support those goals. I offer no templates. Every workout, and every nutritional prescription is individually designed for you. This includes an understanding that this is one aspect of your life. You'll find that while my programs are effective, they're equally flexible. This is about making the program work for you, not the other way around.
