One-on-One Coaching

There are those of us who prefer, want, or need an individualized program. It is especially useful if you want to develop a particular movement or have a specific weakness or injury you want to target. While I consider myself a movement coach and am without speciality, I have a fondness for helping people develop their gymnastic skills, body awareness, Olympic weightlifting, and energy systems. If you're interested in developing any of those over 1 or a few sessions, this is a good option for you.
