One-on-One Coaching Package
Whether your goal is to run a 10k for the first time, participate in a CrossFit competition, or to lose 20 pounds, there is a most effective way to get you there. The One-on-One Coaching Package begins with an assessment that is designed around you. This can include strength tests, aerobic capacity tests, and movement screens to discover weaknesses or potential injuries. My goal is to figure out what is most holding you back from achieving your goals and address it. The only way I can effectively do that is by also looking at your nutrition.
