Finishing a graduate degree while working full-time and raising a family took its toll on my body. In addition to gaining weight and not being able to workout regularly, I had just fallen out of the habit of prioritizing my own needs. Making an investment just for me felt positively decadent, but I'm so glad that I did! Having a coach makes all the difference. Ben is knowledgeable, supportive, and responsive. I particularly appreciated that he really wanted to understand my goals, and how he could best support them. I'm still a work in progress, but I feel like I've made a fundamental shift in how I approach what I eat.
