One-on-One Coaching 

Whether your goal is to compete in CrossFit, run a 10k for the first time, or lose 20 pounds, there is a most effective way to get you there. The One-on-One Coaching Package begins with an assessment that is designed around you. This can include strength tests, aerobic capacity tests, and/or movement screens to discover weaknesses. My goal is to discover what is holding you back and address it. Addressing your weak link can be the tide that lifts all boats. For more information and to learn about step one, please contact me.
