People's Athletic Club was founded with one goal - to inspire as many people as possible to lead a fitness-oriented lifestyle. To accomplish this goal, he set out to build a team that demonstrates a craftsman-like approach to coaching. Above all, our team is limited to coaches that deliver results, time and time again.

Our method is simple: we tell you exactly what you need to do to get the results you want. When working with the People’s Athletic Club, you will receive clear direction on how to nourish your body as well as an individualized training plan based on your goals, ability, time, and equipment access.

Benjamin Foster, founder

Coach Ben Foster has been a fitness professional for over ten years. In that time, he managed a strength and conditioning facility in California, led a team of personal trainers, and founded the People's Athletic Club. He currently resides in New York City.

Like many people in the fitness industry, Ben's interest in fitness developed from his own struggles with weight and self image. In an effort to combat these struggles Ben committed to learning everything he could about nutrition and exercise. This resulted in a 50 pound weight loss at the age of 15 and an infectious love for all things fitness related.

Ben’s goal for the PAC is simple - help as many people as possible lead a fitness oriented lifestyle.

Karley Troup, coach

Karley is a California native, former NCAA Division-1 swimmer, and a certified personal trainer. She has trained over one-hundred clients since 2017, successfully helping them achieve their goals of weight loss, muscle gain and athletic performance. Karley aims to empower others through movement, exercise, and nutrition.
